The field of Hip Hop Studies continues to grow and blossom, as it should, but certainly owes some of its success to the groundbreaking book, “That’s The Joint! The Hip Hop Studies Reader,” now in it’s third edition. One of the books original editors, professor, author, and cool cat Murray Forman joined the show to talk about Hip Hop studies and the importance of archiving the culture.
